QUOTE(MerryGoRound^2 @ Sep 2 2014, 02:55 PM) Hey guys, I bought my perfume yesterday. Didn't settle for Chanel de Bleu, got the Chanel Allure Homme Edition instead, anyone care to share some reviews? I got it because I like how light the scent was after a period of time.. Nice haul bro.. Photo attached with the post. Feel free to share your thoughts. I kinda felt Chanel de Bleu was too strong for me.. Nv tried this scent.. However,I like Chanel Allure Homme Sport ( Regular Version ). |

QUOTE(t0n3 @ Sep 6 2014, 03:50 PM) +1 Nice SOTD bro..BdI and CdR are the only two I like from the exclusive line. Not sure why many ppl find BdI similar to Egoiste though. SOTD - Chrome by Azzaro. Younger brother of CK One. Ck One remind me back my secondary student life. Luv it... All-time classic.. Gotta abuse due to weak longevity. |

Filling Live Report..
Just visit Chanel boutique at 1u 2hours ago. Grab N*5 for my mum birthday,And managed to sniff out both the BDC (EDP) & Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme as recommended by SA. Well,Both scent are really impressive... I would say a fully-loaded tonka bomb for Eau Extreme.. But for my personal preference and my nose choose Bleu De Chanel more. While their price are really affordable for (EDP) version BDC ; 100ml for Rm330nett. And Chanel Allure Homme Sport Extreme slightly cheaper ; 100ml for Rm318nett. Still,I'm impress with BDC.. Perhaps will grab ones to add in my collection for date, meeting and night function use And got couple of freebie from SA,I got BDC,Chance,Coco. QUOTE(t0n3 @ Sep 19 2014, 10:05 AM) That's a really nice looking discovery coffret set. I've only tried their Secretions Magnifiques and Rien. These two are probably their most popular scents. SM is a milky iris and Tauer's plasticky Reverie with a metallic tinge. Rien I get mostly incense and black pepper with a hint of styrax. It reminds me of Casbah by Robert Piguet. The one I'm eyeing on is actually L'Air de Rien by Miller Harris. A bespoke perfume created for Jane Birkin in 2006. She used to be hot when she was younger Nice House Ormonde Jayne.. Currently I'm also eyeing on Tolu by Ormonde Jayne. They have beautiful discovery set as well. It's 48 UK Pound with free international shipping :- - http://www.ormondejayne.com/perfume/floral...-de-parfum.html I really like their Montabaco... Simply irresistible Calm, soothing and simply nice and neat. |

QUOTE(poweredbydiscuz @ Sep 24 2014, 05:57 PM) The dry down of DHP is my favourite part. Some coco comes out and sandalwood toned down quite a bit. Kinda remind me of A Men (bitter coco) Nice input bro.. Maybe i'll like it. While for me,Bitter Cacao are quite nice compared to sweet cloying cacao scent Remind me of Nasomatto Pardon ; Oud + Dark chocolate combo & one of my fav Valentino UOMO |

QUOTE(edwardleong @ Sep 25 2014, 08:29 PM) Nice one la bro Oh.. boy, this really poisoning.. lightning fast.. The following dialogue took place at Dior lab at grasse one fine day under my imaginary Demachy: My fellow team members, we need to come out with something new to capture the market as well as take care our bonus Staff A: why boss? The new releases no good? Demachy: basenotes and fragrantica no hype kaw kaw also... Anyway who don't fancy kaw kaw bonus... We need a flanker how Staff B: how abt commercialise the prive line well u know kan our oud ispahan and leather oud are outstanding but yet garners feedback on both extreme end. Demachy: Sounds interesting... How abt we pick the one with has the best fan base such as dhi and incorporate these two u mention. But then don't forget we reserve the best ingredient for prive line And such Dior homme parfum has been born. Enough of the corporate joke, let go to the main point the review of this baby../ They change the wording on the box to gold colour lol and I did compare the ingredient of this and dhi... The arrangement of ingredient is diff... Dhi: alcohol, aqua then parfum Dhp: alcohol, parfum then water So we can safely say dhp has a higher concentration than dhi... The flacon is nicely done... 75ml in 100ml size as u see the juice is darker and so do the scent... I did a comparison, dhi on my left forearm, dhp on my right forearm... Before I go on Baru je one of forumer just input,You ady finish haul Well,How this compare with Nasomatto Pardon? I don't mind if DHP is lighter,As price per ml for sure much lower than Pardon.. |
