Responsibilities:
- Actively develop and maintain excellent customer service (tenant) by providing first class welcoming, service and helpdesk function:
~ Meet and greet residents and visitors
~ Deal with contractors
~ Keep the main entrance to the building neat and tidy
~ Assist residents and visitors with their requests
~ Perform all general administration works which include filing and documentation, preparing work orders, inventory and booking of facilities
Requirements:
- SPM and above.
- Pleasant disposition, attentive, focused and confident responding to face- to-face or call enquiries and resolving difficult situations
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays (Based on Schedule).
- Working hours as below with 1 rest day per week:
~ 1stShift : 8.00am to 5.00pm
~ 2ndShift : 11.00am to 8.00pm
~ 3rdShift : 1.00pm to 10.00pm
- Previous experience as a Concierge in a hotel or serviced apartment is added advantage
- Salary Range : RM 1500 - RM 2200
- Entitled RM260 shift allowance.
