This position will be responsible for generating member enrollments by setting appointments with, and interviewing, prospective singles who have inquired about our service.

Customer Service Officer
Kuala Lumpur - Bangsar


Responsibilities:

To attend to customers’ enquiries and feedback (phone and email).
To be able to confidently handle high profile customers.
To make suitable matches for customers.
To coordinate the dates for customers to meet.
To manage the daily operations which include answering of phone calls, replying to customers’ emails and database management.
To provide operational and events support.


Requirements:

Female
Candidate must possess at least a STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
Possess good telephone etiquette, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Mature character and able to handle pressure.
Passionate about helping people.
Punctual to work, discipline and good working attitude
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Required language(s): English, Chinese
At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
If Degree Holder - Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Remuneration: Basic Monthly Wage + Commission + Punctuality Bonus
Working hours: 5 days week (10am - 7pm)
