All models are preinstalled with xBMC, CloudTV and some China TV programs. Basically it is just Android platform, you can install most of the Andrioid apps from GooglePlay store. It shipped with nice gift box.

what model do you have right now that has support for internal sata 3.5" hdd as I have most of my downloaded videos and movies on a 2tb 3.5" drive and I want to be able to use it with a media player that has support with xbmc

Q5II/Q6II/Q10II and Q16 are come with SATA port to connect to internal SATA disk. The different of Q10II is it come with enclosure to hide the HDD in the box. And of course you have to pay more for the enclosure.

Q10II come with enclosure and internal fans which Q16 do not have. But Q16 has 16GB EMMC flash compare to 4GB in Q10II.

I saw there is some software update pop up on my screen, do I need to download it? what is the new feature in the update?

Please do not upgrade at the moment. I will upload new firmware in my skydrive after obtain from Himedia and tested OK.

I hope, the new firmware can solve subtitle selection on Himedia Player.

Sorry for the late response while waiting for Himedia answer. There is no way to disable the popup. If you remain English firmware should not have auto popup up. Are you still receive the auto popup ?
