QUOTE(soonsian @ Feb 25 2015, 09:25 AM) Nicety, If my understanding is correct you copy the file from desktop to Q10 and to Notebook and your desktop show different transfer rate. I just found out that for movie file transfer between my desktop PC and Himedia Q10ii player using the onboard Gigabit ethernet port, the maximum transfer rate that I can achieved is only around 4MByte/s. Whereas if I connect the Himedia player network cable to my notebook and perform the same file transfer, I can get 7MByte/s. My current setup is as followed: Desktop PC ->gigabit port -> gigabit switch-->Aztech Homeplug 500Mbps 115EP -->Aztech Homeplug 500Mbps 115EP-->gigabit port-->Himedia Q10ii player transfer rate: 4MByte/s (max) Desktop PC ->gigabit port -> gigabit switch-->Aztech Homeplug 500Mbps 115EP -->Aztech Homeplug 500Mbps 115EP-->gigabit port-->Dell notebook transfer rate: 7MByte/s (max) Is there anything that you are aware I can tune on the Himedia player to speed up the transfer rate? Thanks. The above test not just measure the network performance, the cpu your notebook is more powerful and, memory is more than your Q10. You did not mention the operating system of your desktop and, laptop. If both are Windows, then both Windows are using the, same native file sharing. Android is using Samba protocol to emulate share folder. Both are not comparable. |

Dear Customers,
Just uploaded new app in my skydrive under the sub folder "Free IPTV". Pleas read the Readme file before install, you could add M3U files easily without complex technical steps as Kodi. ![]() Thanks to Jaan76 for maintaining the M3U list. P/S : If you purchased our box after July, the app already pre-installed. |

QUOTE(Ree73 @ Apr 13 2016, 01:01 PM) Netflix for Android is always 480p max and stereo, except on a select few devices that Netflix choose to actively support. On Q10 Pro it will be 480p max and stereo. Bro, the question is iflix not Netflix.By the way, myself and my customers have tested Netflix in Q16 and H8 octa core, 720p & 1080p is possible. P/S : if you use Netflix before the initial loading of Netflix is 480p, Netflix will auto detect your internet throughput and increase the resolution gradually. This is smart features of Netflix to reduce the buffering and increase the smooth streaming at the beginning of the movies. https://www.quora.com/Why-does-Netflix-star...ossible-quality |
