QUOTE(IwanAGP @ May 24 2013, 04:05 PM) Occur only when you flash from 4.1 to 4.2. It's caused by multiuser introduced in 4.2. just now i flash from 4.2.2 to 4.2.2 , still having same problem..Did you flash with updated recovery? Else you'll be in a mess by the way what u mean by "flash with updated recovery"?? |

QUOTE(bugb34r @ May 24 2013, 04:15 PM) Are you using TWRP or CWM? If CWM, flash this to update your recovery. what is update about???mine already have touch feature.CODE http://www.mediafire.com/download/dw3yi41k7571o47/cwm-touch-6.0.2.3-maguro.zip This post has been edited by rifles: May 24 2013, 04:17 PM |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ May 24 2013, 04:21 PM) When did you flashed your recovery? If you flashed it in the past 6 months or so it should be fine. If earlier then you better update it. So after i install this patch, wont have the 0 folder issue any more??It's just incompatibility of those older version of recovery with 4.2++ due to the multi user related issue. Everytime you flash/factory reset, it moves your data into another /0 folder, making it like an infinite loop. Updated recovery solves this. Side note: TWRP is better than CWM for: 1) It switches off the screen when you didn't touch it for a long time. A screen saviour 2) It does nandroid to pendrive. Brilliant! 3) It allows me to switch off my phone. No joking but there's no power off/shut down feature in CWM. Only reboot. I'm so outdated. |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ May 24 2013, 04:28 PM) It's not patch actually. but i already download the files provided above and install it through cwm.Any problem will arise???Erm... I suggest you to install Goomanager from playstore then press the 3-dots and choose install open recovery script. That'll handle anything else for you |
