Have you try to switch to another usb cable? Did the USB Debugging turn on? Try to clean up the port a bit.

Settings > Development (If you can't find this option, please go to About Phone, Tap Build number seven times) > Tick Android Debugging.

You already installed the toolkit? Plug the phone, go Advanced Utilities > Launch > Reboot Bootloader.

r32 test 04 changes:
compiled with Google GCC 4.7 toolchain (is it smoother than Linaro?)
change 1305 MHz CPU step to 1344 MHz; tune voltages of CPU OC steps for more stability (1305 was too less of a difference to 1228 in my opinion)
Linux 3.0.84
