how to take care your smartphone battery good guideline, summaries from there: 1. only calibrate battery once a month, not too often. 2. keep it cool. 3. avoid wireless charging. 4. don't let your battery to zero. 5. don't keep your battery all day and night charging. before 100% unplug charger. |

QUOTE(LiMi @ Jun 30 2013, 10:57 PM) recently can feel the phone's running slow like snail (damn 4.2) for me, no turning back but just looking forward for next version:sometimes unlock with gesture, then need to wait for 3-5 secs for screen on force close pop ups are way more frequent. on screen buttons and notification bar today keep restarting, cant do a thing, loop for many many times. I sien alrdy, restart the phone as the only option left. REALLY feel like going to 4.1 Android 4.3 will coming very soon. no big UI change for JB still; most of news found in S4-GT-I9505: Hands-on with leaked Android 4.3 ROM for the Google edition Galaxy S4 [Updated] |

QUOTE(jacktay94 @ Jul 3 2013, 09:27 PM) anyone have this problem on aospa, when i log in to stuff, g+ will pop up then say google+has stopped. not using g+ quite some time dee, I freeze it in TB, save battery life. only enable back when want to open.as in when i log in to dropbox, halfway logging in, G+ will pop up. then after a while, crash. o.o BTW, what's you all favorite reader or feeder all the time? mine was gReader. but now Google had completely kill since 01-July, gReader have Feedly Cloud added but in Grid view, thumbnail images won't load Feedly Api does not provide the thumbnails directly. have to wait until Feedly allow. I also installed Feedly but still prefer gReader UI. |

QUOTE(nickcct @ Jul 4 2013, 10:22 PM) same here, I like gReader more as snappy than feedly, at least for me. I still continue using gReader now via feedly login.O/T: previously ppl are so excited when Motorola want to start XFON, Motorola teased is world's first customization smartphone. but from the rumor, it's seem just 3 or more colorful back cover choice and different storage size offers. if this is true, gonna be disappointed many ppl. and not expecting highest end spec too. |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Jul 16 2013, 08:52 AM) Fancy Kernel as usual LG G2 is sexy, might because of slim profile, the battery rumor only 2,540mAh, not really on bar if compare with G Pro 3,140mAh and Note II 3,100mAh. if exactly same screen size 5.0" comparison, still lower capacity than S4 2,600mAh, trend continue to sacrifice removable battery for thinness; kudos to samsung still maintain removable battery design.I guess LG should be quite ok now after Google gave it the chance on Nexus 4. Anyway, Optimus G2 is really seriously too damn sexy. I can't deny this fact! |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Jul 16 2013, 10:49 PM) Get a power bank. Invest in one that will last. Then when you change phone, you can still continue to use. No matter how big the battery is, even if you have charger with you but you don't have wall socket or you're on-the-go with no possibly of getting power supply, power bank is your best companion to keep your phone/tab alive. when you said 5 times full charge gnex, are you really manage to achieve from your 10,400mAh in real life? or just direct simple calculation by assumption? Don't invest in low quality one as those will die before your phone does It's actually very worth to buy a power bank. Take my Yoobao YB-647 10400mAh as example. It costs me RM100 for 10400mAh. Original battery 1750mAh OEM also at least RM35 (at its cheapest). 10400mAh is about 5 ori battery (5 full charge). It costs far less than 5 x ori battery *Ok... Ignore my rubbish theory. Get yourself a Note 2/S4/Lenovo P770/... ... for better battery life for me, 10400mAh is not direct equal or meant for sure, we can get 100% of 1750mAh for 5 times. |

QUOTE(fcuk90 @ Jul 17 2013, 12:25 AM) sand pack in powerbankk that's make more sense, should be around 3 full cycle charge. or based on some expert calculation on exact, 10,400mAh power bank only able to full charge 1750mAh gnex for 2.8 times.but i think it can at least chrge 3time from 0-full imo , fast charge + ppowerbank |
