Great news!!!
I finally managed to boot to the USB cd-rom and successfully installed win7 pro onto the SSD after trying on different bios setting and also different USB ports to connect the USB cd-rom.
Below is the procedure for your reference:
1. connect your usb drive/cd-rom to the usb port next to hdmi port (make you have bootable usb/cd-rom with windows installation file)
2. power up and press F2 to enter BIOS setting
3. clear all the password for admin and system
4. load default setup
5. press F10 to save and exit bios
6. you should boot into the installation process after restart (remember to set the boot sequence in bios: usb storage -> cd-rom -> hdd)
The system is extremely fast (take about 10s to reach windows welcome screen) and very responsive in windows.
Good luck!
