If you mean if user could upgrade SSD for HDD and increase RAM to 8GB aftermarket, then obviously yes.
If you mean if Dell has any option for potential buyer to customise during purchase, in certain markets, it has spec that come with 128G SSD + 8GB RAM, just not in Malaysia yet

if i m not mistaken, its slightly below nvidia 630m

but this Inspiron 7000, its slimmer compared to vostro 5460 but heavier
15.3mm with 2kg, compared to 18mm with 1.3kg.
