Agreed 100% on this one.. but why need change power adapter? Its small and light already.. in my opinion..

I've searched multiple online stores and local retailer and found out one of the best sites (in terms of search functionality), and give a very good price, in Malaysia, is none other than Tech Hypermart.

I'm not marketing them, it just my personal experience. If other user can introduce a better online stores, please do. 

But sorry, they didn't listed the highest specs available for Vostro 5470. The highest spec listed is this one:
DELL VOSTRO 5470-20452G-W8
- Intel® Core™ i5-4200U-1.6GHz
- 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB SATA HDD
- NVIDIA® GeForce® GT740M
- Windows® 8
- RM2069

No touchscreen and mSATA SSD in this specs, but you can try ask for this model.

Also, they cannot upgrade the RAM to 8GB because only one slot (and they can't take the old ones even if you willing to add additional price for upgrading). For this case, better you directly call and buy from Dell and ask for upgrade, I sure they can assist you at the best that they can. You can even ask for discount.  I assume the price would be RM2600+ or something, for 8GB RAM specs with touchscreen and mSATA SSD 32GB.

You can upgrade it yourself with no warranty voided (if you willing to take out the old 4GB RAM ). And the maximum is only 8GB. DDRL3, not DDR3. For additional power adapter I'm not sure.
