Possible but max is 8gb since there is only 1 slot.

the latest trend actually is same old lithium ion but in prismatic form factor. Can be packaged as thin as polymer, but cheaper

I am not so sure about today's latest technology but last year many were using polymer, maybe they changed. Either way its not really important to end users I guess.

so which one has better value between vostro 5470 and hp n060tx of the same cpu and gpu?

Ordered my Vostro 5470 last night from Dell. Waiting for it now.. Price RM2549 due to Touch version and storage 500GB 5400 rpm SATA Hard Drive + 32GB mSATA Solid State Drive..

i hope i can upgrade the 32 GB mSATA SSD in the future though..

dont worry, 5460 can support SSD, just remember you will need 7mm size since 9mm won't fit

vostro 5460 is with 500GB hdd + 32gb msata.
as per the conversation in the link above, seems like
the os is not preinstall in the msata drive and install in the hdd. then what's the use of having msata actually?

this consider a basic model. they wont be giving any extra discounts unless you are getting higher end model like alienware.

you can search for viper88 in the sale section. probably can get a little extra discount. i got around rm40+ only off from him getting my vostro 5470.
