Full-Time / Part-Time Customer Service Agents
80 positions available

Location: KL, Selangor

Working Days: 6 Days/week [Rotational]

Salary: Basic Minimum [1500] + Allowance[300] + Shift Allowance + EPF + SOCSO

Average Salary 2K++

- Male or Female[Outstation people also can apply]
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Good personality and responsible in working

Job Task:
- To take incoming telephone enquiries & complaints from customer pertaining to Telco product & services.
- Attend to customer queries tactfully and professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
- Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously, in a competent and professional manner.

Job Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate.
- Confident speaker in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage).
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferable for this position.
