Job Task:
- To take incoming telephone enquiries & complaints from customer pertaining to Telco product & services.
- Attend to customer queries tactfully and professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
- Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously, in a competent and professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate.
- Confident speaker in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage).
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferable for this position.
