please be patient on interviews, some company may practice on having breakfast sometimes;
I asked him when can I get the offer letter and I told him that I cannot accept the situation with no access card and no offer letter.

this is abit rude, normally a company will give u access card within the 1st week of work, some company will only give you offer letter after the 1st day of work;

edit: if you feel you can have better offer else where then is OK.

small company is like that with 5 staffs only, only 1 highest boss will handle everything;
how can u expect they have management dept?

maybe sometimes the person who holds the key havent come yet, juz wait awhile or take a walk nearby lah;
in real life u cannot demand something from ur boss....
u can demand only if employer dint paid u salary....

come on saturday do nothing? wowow........
but the thing is software licenses are expensive, if invest into a project but dint manage to get back the profit, how?

mostly small companies will use freeware or shareware to survive;
you rather the extra cash add into higher pay salary or some license software?

i can say got many companies use 100% freeware;
as for ur case u need to explain to the lecturer for what is going on, business ppl cannot be trust, they intend for profit only, not helping u at all;
how come u dun have a workflow report?

i think that's not much of choice here, industry trainning did give u a good look at the real world right?
when in study period u still can protect urself by jotting down what u've done....

real working life is different from study, try tolerate and makes life happier....
