Argh, battery life is not as good as I expected...

Seems like the kernel that came with T0lte's CM10.1 on my N7105 is locking the cores, making it all 4 cores are online and the minimum clock speed is 800MHz and it never drops below it. Surfing Facebook on WiFi gives me an average 4 minutes every 1% of battery drop. And that explains the silky smoothness of the entire UI, eliminating the input lag.

After flashing Devil's kernel and after some tweaking of the CPU hotplug, trying to imitate my near-perfection settings on my S3's sTweaks on my N7105's DevilTools on Lulzactive governor (pegasusq governor didn't have the any options for me to play with), despite having the same hotplug values, the amount of cores online is much more flexible, but still it doesn't drop down to 200MHz where the voltage is much more lower, it still fluctuates between 800MHz to 1200MHz (as I have restricted it to 2 cores online as its maximum and 1200MHz). However it was giving me better battery consumption of 7 minutes per 1% battery.

A far cry compared to my previous Wanamlite + Perseus Kernel combination. I could get 10 to 15 minutes per % of battery. In other words, a full charge could give me at least 17 hours of screen time on the lowest brightness, on 5GHz WiFi.

just boot to recovery then restore your nandroid!! yippeeeeeee

however, why not trying copy stock rooted ROM into external, recovery, clear system + caches then flash

wouldn't it solve everything whilst most of what remains of your data is still there?

Mediaserver / audioout_2 can also be affected by watching youtube for long periods of time?

so dumb, like how's that going to help. even ask me to stop saving power and use maximum power to vibrate the phone to make my buttons hard again?

Okay tested d. 100% confirm is YouTube. Watch a video about 5mins and checked bbs. And there it shows audioout_2 about 5 mins as well. So youtube does affect audioout_2 and therefore mediaserver as well.

Guys, anyone using Assassin rom now? does it have the on screen soft keys?

How do I go around amending it? and is it removable?

from klcc not high enough to die? lolol. anyways, now i tengah sakit kepala. this 100% transparency modification done through modifying the systemui apk only works for touchwiz. now i playing around with nova launcher apk, don't even know if i am actually modding the right files within the apk. and another thing is, even if it works, once the app updates, the modification will surely be gone then need to re-mod. 

yeah looks like i need to go that far, but before that i need to gain some experience in using it first before meddling around.

sifu i understand what you mean now, after researching on simplistic framework, it seems that i'd be able to use all the modifications without the hassle of altering apk files. arigato-desu!!

i'm wondering though, once i install simplistic framework, what will happen when i use themes that were made for touchwiz, for instance the omega's blue motomoto00 theme which i am and have been using on wanam without problems. will any problem occur then? reading this now.
