I am also another unhappy customer of ABNXcess.

Not only I got bad service, my TV was short circuit twice and both ABN devices short circuit by itself too during my less than 1 year with them. I have recently done a serious test with their service and you can see that the 10 Mbps capacity that they are advertising, becomes 1 Mbps or less for no apparent reason. The result are captured using a product by the name of My Connection PC by Visualware.

The speed test that we done via speedtest.net is measuring the speed of the connection, which can be explained by best effort, but the capacity should never change as it is the max the connection can offer.

Below are some graphs that I have captured to prove that ABN does not provide what they are advertised. Some of them are captured over a period between 8:00pm to 6:00am the next day and some of them are spot graphs. They are self explanatory and for more technical inclined, you may refer to more graphs in my album below.

You may use the trial version to capture the trend and show it to the CS and either ask for rebate, or cancel the service without paying penalty.
