QUOTE(weyyt @ Jun 16 2013, 10:42 AM) I'm using Maxis previous RM118 10Mbps package. With RM19 more I got 600mins to Maxis Mobile and 200mins IDD, which I utilize almost 80% every month. So, RM98.99 still doesn't make me feel like switching. same with you..i also get the rm118 maxis fibre 10mbps but the 600mins and 200mins idd useless for me since i don have so much maxis users friends..i hope tht can change to abnxcess but the contract havent finished.. |

QUOTE(Icehart @ Aug 7 2013, 12:44 PM) Current promo tie up is 2 years. depends on you...last time i take maxis fibre rm118 also new isp,now so far is ok...all company will offer for the 1st batch customer... after that, the price sure will increase...like u buy a house...1st batch is cheaper after that the price Increase. For me, it's too long for the tie up for a new ISP with no proven experience of managing customers. |

QUOTE(Icehart @ Aug 7 2013, 06:51 PM) Maxis is not a new ISP. It has the experience of managing internet services ever since before fiber was born in Malaysia. The current ABN is a totally new company. If it's Maxis I'll sign up. ABN? Heh, it's TV service also cannot do properly. Mine was down for 4 consecutive days. CS also new, don't know anything except requesting customers to reset decoder and wait. u using now??internet+tv?or tv only?? |

QUOTE(winners8 @ Sep 18 2013, 08:26 PM) Just got my 10 Mbps ABNxcess Internet installed today at JB. So far, the speed is excellent for me. However, the TV can only be activated tomorrow as told. speed is not bad..but why got tax...what is the isp??http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/2974703381 The RM500 rebate will be spread over 10 months. To be eligible, you must present your existing broadband bill (from other Telcos) for verification. That means the first 10 months' payment will be RM55 per month and the rest will be RM105 (including 6% tax). Also, the contract period is 2 years and premature termination will incur a RM500 penalty. Free installation during this promotion period, but don't know will last for how long. Will try out for a week before deciding to terminate my 4 Mbps Streamyx. This post has been edited by jh95: Sep 18 2013, 10:02 PM |

QUOTE(winners8 @ Sep 19 2013, 06:38 AM) They told me it's the standard 6% Malaysian government tax. I'd also remember paying this tax for other services as well previously, although there are some establishments which don't impose this tax at the moment. ISP is ABNxcess. try speedtest in speedtest.net and try to post the results here |
