Ya i noticed they throttle at certain times. Early morning was full speed for me in Subang.

Another thing, do they block VPN? I couldnt get on my company's secured network at all. If thats the case then i will need to terminate after my trial period.

Unless there is a way to bypass it? Thanks

Enjoy your 3 month, then after then ask them to remove it.

You might get full bandwidth because your area still not many people using it, (which is the reason why they give 3 month trial, which they dont give at my area because line congested already). When more people register and kena trap by their 3 month trial honeymoon, your bandwidth will only goes downhill.

So thread lightly. The pioneers is usually the one suffer the most laugh.gif

I really hope they can get their shit together already. Our ISP service ain't gonna advance with only 1 company monopolizing.

Hi, which area are you? I'm in Subang. I really hope they improve, priority for me is stable connection, but i see users here complaining of frequent downtime.

Please ABN, i do not want to go back to TM.

You need to request for a public IPv4 address. By default, you are assigned a private one and cannot use VPN.

Thanks for the response, therefore i can just call the ABN hotline and request to change to a public address?

A week into my trial and the inconsistency is just terrible. Its only ok during early hours after 3am until noon when there are less users i suppose.

Subang jaya user, noticed my internet is down since late evening sunday till now..is it just me? The modem lights are blinking, then it will all stop with no lights, then start blinking again. Is it hardware issue on my side or is everyone facing downtime as well?

Btw my tv service is working fine, hence not sure if its my modem thats the problem

currently in my 3rd month of my 3 month free trial. service is too poor to be paying rm100/mth in my opinion. how do I go about terminating my service? should i do it before or after the trial period ends? I assume they will come to collect the equipment after i terminate the trial??

terminated my services last friday. just return all the equipment to the branch. remote, tv decoder, modem router, hdmi cable, Lan cable, power adapters. basically any thing that came in the boxes. just leave the external cabling hanging. they will check your outstanding balance, pay it off and sign the termination form.
