i think in near future sunday they also got to work bcoz local broadband market is getting stiff competition ahead...

as got new player into wired cable biz...

and tm on the other hand buy into wireless p1's wimax and lte biz... smile.gif

Sometimes they will give excuses if they cant find the problem, like mine, he said its normal if the modem get 2 times lock, i told him if its normal then why previously i get 1 time and then never disconnect?
And then he also said, usually ppl never off their modems, im like wth, so my solution is to forever leave my modems on? And how can nobody ever off their modem, sure when not in use will off everything de ma, right?

got that kind of solution - do not power off modem ever?

how long this modem can last under 24/7 365 days...

broke down after 1 - 2 years, buy 1 new one from abn RMxxx for replacement??

then he ask me to monitor until 6pm, if anything call him back (now its 5pm, only 1 hour to monitor wth!) He said after 6pm "saya takkan jawap, lepas malam ni, kalau takda masalah I tutup kes. Kalau besok ada problem, u call customer service"
he left that's it! What I know now is "tak payah tutup modem" doh.gif I dunno I need to left the modem on for how long. OMG I really want to terminate this ABN

means their server cannot cope with growing user base, not being able assign IP promptly, so don't turn off modem after connecting?
