I use this ABNxcess for 2 months,
** I can tell you that this service totally cannot use!!! **
Problem 1: Low up time.
up time around 70% in Oct,
up time around 60% in Nov,
Up time around 30% till 12 Dec 2014.
The internet service down any time. For example, last down time is from 29 Nov to 9 Dec.
Problem 2: No support.
When there is not internet, I call their help line/ service line everyday, once a day.
The operator told me that someone / Technician will contact me within 48 hours.
BUT, NO BODY CONTACT ME. There is only one time someone contact me on 12 DEC, because I start call in 3 times a day. From 29 Nov I call once a day, from 7 Dec I call 3 times a day.
Problem 3: Not Stable.
Internet is unstable, Streamyx is much more stable than ABNxcess.
When the only (very less) time that u able to online, the break down around 1 to 2 time in an hour. (break down time just 1 or 2 mins).
Problem 4: Internet speed go below 1 mbps at peak hour.
The up time is low, although most of the up time your download / upload is 10mbps / 2mbps,
But the peak hour, like wed evening, Friday night, Sunday your internet speed cut down to 1mbps.
** It said 10mbps, actually is 10mbps download and 2mbps upload, not like unifi or maxis fiber that 10 and 10.
Finally, I highly no recommend anyone of you apply this ABNxcess.
