QUOTE(echoesian @ Jun 30 2013, 07:20 PM) The promo price is 98.99 for both TV and 10Mbps Internet, even if don't use the TV, only use the internet service is already worthwhile..? But the question is the internet connection stable or not? I assume it's riding on TM HSBB backbone I currently subscribe to their TV package. It's been down since 3 days ago. Called their helpline and was told need to wait 48 hours. Kind of disappointed with the quality of service. I'm UNIFI user and was planning to switch to their internet package to save some bucks but I guess need to hold off the plan for a while until it's reliable. |

New provider whose Internet service offering is not their bread and butter business. Expect to ride along with teething issues for the next couple of months to a year. My suggestion if you have the moo-lah, don't switch over from UniFi just yet and keep it as your main line, and claim rebates as much as possible for all ABN's downtime |

My UNIFI contract also expiring soon but I am planning to renew with Unifi soon. I am an existing customer for their TV package (RM 30/month) but it has been down for 6 days now. Things are not looking good at reliability scale and I certainly don't want my internet experience to be interrupted by teething issues with ABN.
My advice is to stay away from them until someone can become the lab test. We need to know the quota, whether p2p is throttled and whether speed is as advertised and consistent throughout the day. Then there's latency issue as well. |

It seems this company only exist in the news without any real users around.
Their launch areas are mostly already served by the HSBB coverage with so much choices already available to existing users that have access to TM Unifi, Maxis Home Fibre and P1 Fibre. Many of the users of the HSBB networks are already tied to long contracts for 2 years and TM seems to keep offer promotions to keep their subscriber contracts running nearing expiry. They are after the wrong markets or just their to pull a PONZI. |

QUOTE(MNet @ Jul 13 2013, 06:57 PM) 2 years contract. It claims to be fair use policy, no ISP in Malaysia is stupid not to include that in their contract today. With that even with the worst quality service offer they can always use the excuse of fair use policy and tell customers that their line is subjected to line sharing. If they oversell it, they'll just tell ranting users that too bad you agreed to fair usage and that's your problem of coping with other users sharing the same line. Don't want? Just pay up your early termination fee or the remaining months. Crony style of doing business.. This post has been edited by Ahn3hn3h: Jul 13 2013, 07:23 PM |

look at the bright side all you negative thinker. isnt it good to have lot of choices of subscribing your broadband? one problem migrate to other. other problem migrate to the other. vice versa. we're not bound to only 1 isp.

i think it is worth giving a try with just RM98.99 / month. it is the cheapest high speed broadband in the market to date.
