I would say ABN is so damn suck! Think for infinity time b4 you want to switch to ABN. Initially, I tot nothing will be worse than Unifi. Holy shit! I got this lousy ISP ABN IT IS BIG SUCK! My connection has been down for near 1 week, no action is taken! Call always say log report log report edi need to take few days to proceed. When call again, the staff just hang up our call! Thinking to exercise my consumer right, make my complain with consumer association I want to ask for penalty waiver for early termination. So much dissapointed with the connection speed and also big suck for stability....

QUOTE(stren89 @ Apr 11 2015, 09:59 PM) They were dead from day 1. Where got company which built a new network this late chose to use outdated DOCSIS 2.0 equipment when people already launch 300mbps DOCSIS 3.0 before it? Nowadays most modern cable companies in metro areas in USA already use multi channel bonding DOCSIS 3.0 with 16X channels. One example is Time Warner Maxx Service. Now Comcast is planning to raise speeds of upto symmetrical 2gbps using DOCSIS 3.1 tech which even Singapore's GPON can't match. Comcast Leapfrogs Google Fiber With New 2Gbps Internet Servicehttp://www.theverge.com/2015/4/2/8330267/c...t-pro-broadbandWho says cable internet is lousy and can't compete with FTTH? Cable Internet still got many aces up its sleeves. Bro, you say until very geng ah, where can I sign up for this Comcast 2Gbps line?

I am also another unhappy customer of ABNXcess. Not only I got bad service, my TV was short circuit twice and both ABN devices short circuit by itself too during my less than 1 year with them. I have recently done a serious test with their service and you can see that the 10 Mbps capacity that they are advertising, becomes 1 Mbps or less for no apparent reason. The result are captured using a product by the name of My Connection PC by Visualware. The speed test that we done via speedtest.net is measuring the speed of the connection, which can be explained by best effort, but the capacity should never change as it is the max the connection can offer. Below are some graphs that I have captured to prove that ABN does not provide what they are advertised. Some of them are captured over a period between 8:00pm to 6:00am the next day and some of them are spot graphs. They are self explanatory and for more technical inclined, you may refer to more graphs in my album below. http://imgur.com/a/ShkSOYou may use the trial version to capture the trend and show it to the CS and either ask for rebate, or cancel the service without paying penalty. QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ May 6 2015, 07:58 PM) U cant unless u live in u.s.a Exactly, so why are you bragging so much about it? Where are we living now? Who cares what happen in USA. Even our little neighbour downsouth has internet services millions times better than ours. So? What does it affect people living in Malaysia? Nothing. Wanna compare, compare to local ISP's lah. USA can have 250 Gbps line for USD 1.99 monthly for all I care it doesn't matter for us.

Looks like ABN is really gone for good. My ABN (& also my neighbor) here in JB was cut off on 03 Jul from 5pm. Too bad that they had to go bankrupt, otherwise, their plans are very good value for money. Hopefully, another company will come and take over to resume the business.

I guess there's no such luck, at least for now. It was just service interruption according to their FB.

Some areas in Puchong / Bukit Jalil are still working. Don't bother with the co. anymore. Just return your units.
