say tech guy gonna contact back, i've been hearing that at least 4 times now. Noone contact back every single time.

u have to chase them. i called them twice. monday report, friday only tech came

cannot blame the tech guys, like subang only two fella work, one in charge of high rise building another one concentrate on landed props.

My tv box can't turn on because of lightning strike and effected to my TV . This is 2nd time . And my new tv also effected . Omg ...

after 3 weeks and mutliple calls to their piece of fkn shit customer service, my modem is still dead and still no tech came to fix this shit =.=

i unplug the abn tv cable from my tv after i experience lighting strike my modem.

they are getting from bad to worst. last time weeks, now months. 48 hours become 48 weeks

My internet connection lost since yesterday, the Receive LED keep blinking. Is anybody experienced this before? Haih..

After 3 weeks the tech guy finally called, say gonna come today at 3pm. now 6pm still not here. Tech guy go around driving motor, so rain kenot do work nemore. dem ABN so sad.

But seriously, dem m'sian, see cheap cheap so eager even when there are crap load of long list of bad reviews. There is a reason why its cheap, and there is a reason theres a RM500 rebate. And you will pay back the RM 500 in full when you decide to terminate them.
