Abnxcess Really getting sucky day after day.

Called helpline but they say they cannot access email to check the case I reported by email.

Are u kidding me? Customer service don't have access to email?

What is their definition of best afford? 1% uptime per week? Oh come on man. This is not yet mentions about SLA.

If by weekend they still cannot fix then let see u at mcmc.

i missed my credit card, mortgage, car loan due to ABNxcess is down.

if by today they cannot fix then I'll escalate to ask them to responsible for the late payment of the my credit card, mortgage, car loan.

they should reponsible due to no internet, i cannot pay the bill on time.

abnxcess should bear all the financial charges due to my late payment.
