QUOTE(nerodante80 @ Aug 6 2013, 07:56 AM) Don't you think it's foolish to ignore the heart of Penang Island where KOMTAR is located in your planning and lose the potential of so much $$ and subscribers. If it's not money motivated then what is? The only possible next thing is politics. I'm surprised why some people got business also don't want to do but instead target areas where people who don't pay their bills for 5 months still get to use the internet. Are you serious in doing business? This is clean money for you to make which I'm sure God will also approve. |

Current promo tie up is 2 years.
For me, it's too long for the tie up for a new ISP with no proven experience of managing customers. |

Maxis is not a new ISP. It has the experience of managing internet services ever since before fiber was born in Malaysia. The current ABN is a totally new company. If it's Maxis I'll sign up. ABN? Heh, it's TV service also cannot do properly. Mine was down for 4 consecutive days. CS also new, don't know anything except requesting customers to reset decoder and wait. |

I didn't notice this sub-forum 'Broadband User-2-User' on ABNxcess and have just posted the below similar message in 'Getting Broadband'. Would appreciate any current users' advice. Thanks.
"I saw lots of bunting advertising ABNxcess Cable TV and Broadband and have pre-registered my interests in its website. I would appreciate if anyone, who has subscribed, could comment or relate his/her experience on: 1] How long will the promotion price remain at RM98.99 (for 10 Mbps & TV) after installation? 2] How is the TV programs compared to Astro and HyppTV? 3] Any intermittent delays when viewing TV? 4] Whether its 10 Mbps broadband is stable and reliable? Any downtime so far? 5] What is the average speed recorded during speed-test? 6] Whether there will be landline or DECT Phone connectivity? 7] What is the range & speed of the built-in Wifi Router? 8] Any user email address provided? " Thank You. |

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Aug 8 2013, 06:37 PM) I subscribed to the TV before they came out with the bundle.I've been trying to reach the CS to ask if I can subscribe during the first few days and they always tell me they'll get back to me. I also asked for quota and more info and they don't know what I'm talking about. You can try to ask on Facebook page of ABNxcess. Check back historical posts and you'll see many posts about internet package went unanswered. This post has been edited by Icehart: Aug 8 2013, 06:42 PM |

Hmm, I think i shall just "walk" directly to their HQ and ask that is directly beside puchong gateway.. Heck My office is just few miles away from their building =_="
But last week when i enquired about the service if it is available for our own office... they mentioned that it is not yet ready for "our office", despite it is just few blocks away +_+ This post has been edited by boonykun: Aug 12 2013, 12:00 AM |
