Job Description:
Work effectively as a crew at all positions in Snowflake store.
Follow standard procedures for cleaning and maintaining the workplace and store equipment's.
Prepare Snowflake Desserts to operational standards and describe the dessert to customers.
Develop good relationship with customer, provide most rewarding experience to customer.
Make sure store ready for business and are in good condition after close.
Improve team work and operation performance by good communication and team briefing.

Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Effective time management, delegation.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Able to communicate in Chinese is added advantage.
