Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM)
A leading private sector organisation representing the interests of 2,600 leading industrial establishment in the country providing trade, business and management support services to its members.


Executive - Sales & Marketing
• Responsible for sales of advertisement for FMM publications and directories
• Collection of artwork and debt collection
• Attend to enquiries for mail orders of publications and servicing clients
• Assist in recruitment of members and promoting programs and events

Requirements:
• Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably in advertising and publication industry
• Independent and sales driven


Executive - Trade Fairs and Missions
• To promote, organize and coordinate the participation of FMM members and Malaysian companies in overseas trade fairs
• Marketing of trade fairs organized by the Head of Unit
• Follow-up on the Market Development Grant claims for FMM and exhibitors
• To identify suitable trade fairs for FMM member companies
• To negotiate with local and overseas fair organizers for special rates for FMM member companies
• To build up database of potential exhibitors
• To liaise with freight forwarders, stand contractors and organizers on other requirements

Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and oral
• Ability to speak other languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese will be an advantage


Executive - Corporate Affairs
• To provide in-house secretarial services in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
• To assist in the preparation of pre and post Council Meetings, Board Meetings, Committees Meetings and Annual General Meeting
• To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents and compliance to company secretarial matters as required under the Companies Act and other relevant legislations
• To prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, circulars and statutory documents
• To be able to handle basic secretarial duties with minimum supervision
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff
• Calling customers on debt collection
• Prepare regular collection reports and debts analysis

Requirements:
• ICSA qualification or MAICSA qualification
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Familiar with the Companies Act, 1965
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills both written and oral
• Resourceful, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision
• Computer literate
• Posses own transport and valid driving license


Executive - Business Environment
• Servicing and managing the Ethical Business Practices working committees
• Assist the Head of Division in domestic trade and macroeconomic issues
• Assist in carrying out the Chief Executive Officer’s surveys
• In-charge of the Manufacturer’s Digest
• In-charge of organizing seminars

Requirements:
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and oral
• Posses own transport and valid driving license


Executives, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan Branch
• Carefully plan and draw up the half yearly Branch Training Schedule in line with the training needs of manufacturing companies in Malacca
• Organise and carry out in-house and public programs such as seminars, forums, talks, briefings and dialogues to keep members informed of latest development in legislation, government policies, guidelines and procedures relating to human resource development and small and medium-sized industries
• Assist in coordinating and conducting surveys and studies pertaining to training, human resource development and small and medium-sized industries
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of reports
• Ensure that all targets (financial and non-financial) are met

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and oral
• Posses own transport and valid driving license
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Melaka

Remuneration: RM2,600 to RM3,500 depending on qualification and working experience
