Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general operations and administrative support to the CEO.
• Overseeing the management of general HR functions
• Carrying out specific projects, research and ad-hoc functions.
• To plan for training needs and team building
• Handle manpower related matter in Operation

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience is required preferably in a retail organisation.
• Results oriented, proactive, resourceful, and with strong organisational qualities
• Effective people management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory
• Proficient in IT skills especially in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point ) and other essential office productivity tools.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia .

Salary Range:
RM5,000 + EPF and SOCSO + Employee Benefits

Working Location:
Bayan Lepas
