Job Responsibilities:
-Key in order, handle enquiries and complaints, track order fulfillment, and other CS related duties
-To provide excellent customer service to our customers.
-To assist Outlet Sales Manager in managing the operation of the branch.
-To achicve own sales target set by the Company.
-To ensure window displays looking clean and presentable.
-To carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company
-Daily maintenance of the shop\’s cleanliness & tidiness.

Job Requirements:

-Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
-Chinese and Malay Female strongly encourage to apply
-Min 2 years experience in branch management, preferably in a direct selling (MLM) industry or customer service oriented environment;
-Experience in stock keeping advantageous;
-Pleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skills;
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
-Self-motivated and computer literate.

Work hours :
Monday to Friday – 8.30am-5.30pm and must be willing to work overtime.

Salary Range:
RM2,500 + EPF + SOCSO + Employee Benefits

Medan Istana,Bandar Ipoh Raya
