Our intern primary duty within Inception Ideas is to promote the company’s ideas and services, by gathering information via research and telephone to/ from businesses or group of individuals.

Job Scope:

1. To conduct market need analysis, prepare marketing strategy (guided)
2. Lead generation and management
3. Adjust sales script to better target the needs and interest of specific clients
4. Conduct client or market surveys regarding product or services offered
5. Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for
services, or to gather information relevant to clients requests
6. Conduct administrative work
7. To manage and secure quality appointments for sales closure
8. Perform email blasting as and when required
9. Spearhead and/or support event management
10. To sit for sales appointments and sales meetings
11. Any other task given by Head of Department

Job Requirements:

1. Good communication skills - both written and oral
2. Excellent organizational skills
3. Able to work independently under minimum supervision
4. Ability to pay close attention to detail
5. Experience of giving good customer service
6. Ability to work on a number of tasks at any time
7. Ability to adapt to, and work within constant change
8. Ability to work as part of a team and to take direction
9. Strong ICT skills including word processing, spreadsheets, use of databases, email and the internet
10. Must be able to start work immediately and must be able to commit for at least 4 months.
11. Able to travel with own transport/public transport

Working Hour:
9.00am-6.00pm (Monday to Friday). Internship Period start from 1st March 2013-1st September 2013.Minimum intyernship period is 4-months.Those who are able to work temporary or longer internship strongly encourage to apply as well.

Allowance (per month) :
RM200 (allowance) + RM100 (performance) + RM100 (claims) + Attractive Sales Commission + Recommendation Letter for Future Employment
