But agreed with you, can consider as flood potential as the development in puchong prima quite fast, so somebody must take a good care for the infa at puchong prima.  
But my view remind the same, puchong prima definite will be the next booming area in puchong and very soon!

4th floor..rm200k i have survey the area...LRT station is being build about 150 meter from guard house which i feel really convenient to walk to..about 300 meter to the Pusat Perdagangan Puchong Prima which have a lot of restaurants, banks, shop lot and petrol station..
