This area got potential, with LRT come in and freehold title, i am aiming to get one subsale for desa impiana...still able to get it below 400psf...with 8 units per floor, and all units are semiD design....its a gooud buy....mitraland do a good job for the landscape for this condo...

Agreed with you the landscape can consider very nice, i think most important is desa impiana have a quite good maintenance team. rclxms.gif
But what i understand is , the sub-sales price nowadays already reach almost RM 450psf, no longer below RM400psf.
The standard size of condo is 1068sf, now the sub-sales price is call from RM 450,000 and above. smile.gif

iproperty gt quite a lot still under 450k...abour 400-430k, called some agents said still can negotiate...
