the main entrance is now thru puchong perdana which describe's as wat u say above... i feel when new entrance completes soon which passes thru millenia-city from puchongutama/majujaya interchange and joins  jalan prima utama, so this the new main entrance shud be awesome rather passing lowcost flats as u say.[U]...puchong perdana no many chinese i guess but not prima,.....so the new entrance will directly join to puchong prima area...  puchong perdana and prima both different taman..but now puchong perdana also appriaciates well....
and the prima lrt station is is situated quite strategically and almost walking distance to all the condo/apartment and terrace house there.... anyway it will always be a mixed residential area...anyway now got many bungalow plots which have new bungalows being built..anyway we'l see how in future...so those who have invest and not...this all based my observation so far...
