unfortunately agree, unless some "cleansing" happen ... sensitive issue to over-hull the local population. need to wait until all the commerce areas is up to further see, Aurora, Millennium and Warf. hopefully people may be able to offer enough that the local will decide to let go and move on. not the coming 10 years i am afraid. this entire place is encompass by lake, see who can see the potential and developed into a great lake areas.
