Job Description :

-To oversee the smooth running of the chain of retail stores.
-To ensure introduced SOPs are followed by staff.
-To oversee weekly manpower allocation, duty rostering and leave planning for the retail staff, utilizing existing manpower effectively and efficiently.
-Ensure performance standards eg sales techniques, attendance, punctuality, shop cleanliness, staff integrity are maintained at all times.
-Ensuring all new retail staff go through proper orientation and training for the point of sales system and other relevant systems in the shop floor.
-Ensuring the security and surveillance monitoring devices of all shops are in operation at all times.
-Handling of customer complaints or issues.
-Build team work within the retail shop floor.

Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Degree in any field or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
-At least 1 of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
-Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
-Demonstrated strength in strategies planning and implementation.
-Process strong communications and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work irregular retail hours.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.

Working Hour :
8 Hours Shift

Area 1 : Mid Valley (1 Vacancy for Supervisor)
Area 2 : the Curve (1 Vacancy for Supervisor)
Area 3 : The Gardens (1 Vacancy for Supervisor)

Salary range:
RM1,200-RM1,400 + Travel Allowance Claim + EPF + SOCSO
