1) Project Executive/Site Supervisor
- Preferably Chinese male- age between 25-35
- must have valid driving license, have own transport
- able to communicate and write in English
- minimum experience in renovation work
- able to work independently

2) Quantity Surveyor
- minimum experience in quantity surveying work
- have own transport
- able to work independently

3) Admin/Accounts Clerk
- Preferably female
- Computer Literate
- Able to communicate in English
- Minimum experience
