Scope of Work:

1) Able to maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
2) Verified payment voucher and cheques issues to ensure expenses are properly posted in the accounting system and cheques are prepared accurately
3) Able to prepare full set accounts
4) Prepare monthly management accounts together with related notes, reconciliation report and analysis and ensure timely completion and submission to the Management.
5) Assist in preparing and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
6) Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
7) Assist in daily cash flow monitoring.
8)Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and corporate policies in accounting and taxation are adhered
9) Assist in monitoring the inventory control including developing guidelines for the maintenance and reconciliation of financial data for stocks
10) To resolve matters in relation to inter-co transactions.

Job Requirements:

1.Possess at least a Professional Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, or its equivalent
2.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field.
3.Maintain and monitor company cash flows, inventory valuation and costing
4.Independent with good interpersonal skills, financial accounting skills
5.Possess analytical mind, high initiative and commitment to meeting reporting deadlines
6.Prepare monthly forecasts for cash flow planning and assist in preparation of annual budgets and long term plans
7.Lead and direct ad-hoc Finance related project
Ensure proper accounting and compliance with accounting standards
8.Ensure timely completion of monthly reporting, statutory financial reporting processes and
