JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for attending on site field support services for ASTRO related products.
2) May require climbing structures for accessing inaccessible areas.
3) Ability to resolve customer problem within 24hrs.
4) Assist on all assigned specific support duties and follow-ups.

Requirements:

1) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, (English is an added advantage), Dialects such as Cantonese / Mandarin is also an advantage.
2) Candidates have to be from Engineering backgroud.
3) Applicants with electronic background is an added advantage.
4) Applicants able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
5) Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
6) Working hours is flexible.
7) MUST possess own car and willing to travel for field services.
8) Possess own transport in car and will to travel for field services.
9)Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or Malaysian permanent residents.

LOCATION BASE:
Klang Valley : Kuala Lumpur and Selangor
Outstation : Perak,Penang,Kedah,Perlis,Kelantan,Terengganu,Pahang,Johor,Melaka,Negeri Sembilan

Candidate must be able to travel to outstation when you assigned to.60% of the on field support will be at outstation.For outstation,accommodation,petrol and meal allowance will be provided.

Training provided and fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Salary Range :

For Diploma : RM1,600 - RM2,000
For Degree : RM2,000 - RM2,500

For outstation assignment,allowance and accommodation will be provided.
