Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and find out the customers needs.
2. Describe Melissa Shoe\'s features and benefits to customers.
3) To manage the daily operations to ensure smoothness and efficiency.
4) To work in teams in achieving outlet sales target.
5) Maintain the high standards of customer service within the store and assist with all relevant store operations.

Requirementw:

1) Candidates must possess at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in shoe retail business or a retail related field.
2) Highly motivated team player with great initiative, interpersonal skills.
3) Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
4) Must be fascinated by fashion and keep up with the latest trends.
5) Pleasant personality, friendly & approachable.
6) Must be able to speak fluent English.Other languages will be added advantage.

Salary Package :

Basic salary between RM1,500(Basic Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.)+ Performance Incentive 0.5% of the Personal Sales.

Employee Benefits:
Personal Sales Incentive + Outlet Sales Incentive + EPF + SOCSO.
