New player here, just gotten Wings of Liberty

Anyway I notice the cutscene movie is much louder than the game itself. I've already turn the master volume down and the game sound quite low now, but the cutscene movie still loud.

Like for example, during a game the NPC will say there's new tutorial video to view. When I play the video, it's very loud and I have to turn the speaker down each time I play a tutorial video or cutscene.

Is this normal for the game, or something wrong with my setup?

Thanks. I try the master volume in the audio setting, it seem to bring down the game volume but the cutscene movie is still loud... so the problem is the difference between the cutscene and the game audio volume.

If I adjust windows volume to make the cutscene lower, then the game will be too low

Not sure what is causing the difference
