5+ years experience in managing multiple complex projects preferably in MS .NET, SharePoint or Business Intelligence, experience in pre-sales, proficient in project management methodologies, tools and techniques, excellent customer facing and presentation skills. Prior exposure to CMMI, PMP as well as prior experience as a technical resource is a plus.



Responsibilities
Core Roles and Responsibilities
· Participate in the selling process and contributes to proposal development by the Business Development team
· Lead the project team in the design, development and implementation of technology solution for the client
service engagement
· Manage timelines, deliverables, structure and staffing requirements for project and undertakes design,
development and implementation work within own area of expertise
· Act as focal point of the project team to address client matters and escalates critical issues to Project Director or
Senior Project Manager and other relevant divisions
· Perform quality check for accuracy, completeness and adherence to operating standards and processes for
project deliverables
· Identify opportunities for further selling in collaboration with the Business Development team
· Coach, supervise and develop the team in their functional roles

Financial Accountabilities
· Ensure project deliverables are completed within planned project budget
· Ensure billings to clients are done in a timely and accurate basis and receivables are managed effectively

Management Reporting
· Highlight possible project issues or any potential risks to Senior Manager
· Provide project status update to Senior Manager as per project guidelines
· Undertake appropriate complementary assignment identified by management from time to time

· Demonstrates understanding of billing alternatives (value billing, fixed fee, fee for service/hours, etc.)

Qualification
≥ 5 years working experience in IT project implementation and 8 - 10 years in IT working environment
· Related industry/ subject matter expertise a plus
· Working experience in any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with at least three full cycle project
implementation and team lead for at least for two project implementation
· Bachelors degree in Commercial or Computer Science or related discipline and Project Management Institute
certification preferred
