Soft Skill Trainer ( Support center)


Responsibilities:

-To deliver high quality training to the new hires as per the requirements of the operations team.
-Call monitoring, coaching and feedback.
-Partner with the operations to assess the requirement for refresher training on the operations floor.
-Communication, interpersonal and team management skills are a must.
-Should have minimum 3 years of experience in soft skill/teaching English.

Requirements:

- Gender : Both.

-Pitch Perfect English.

-Have experience in teaching/couching/tutor/lecturer will be an advantage


Salary: up to RM4200

work 5 days - Monday to Friday.
