its not a black.. just that the lighting made the navy blue look black.

later rather than sooner i guess.. at least not until the North American and European releases. They can't even seem to make enough units of the current colours as it is.

Maybe they might stop production of the ice blue colour since its the least popular one of all, and change it with a black? Don't take my word for it.
