Basic+Allowance+Incentive+ Bank Benefits
** Petaling Jaya ( Taman Jaya Station - Transportation Provided )

Responsibilities:

Customer servicing for inbound calls and pro-actively seek to identify customer needs and effective at cross-selling and referring leads to the appropriate channels for follow-up.
To respond and offer prompt and accurate information and resolution on customers' inquiries, service requests and / or general complaints received.
Take full ownership of customers' problems and ensure complete customer satisfaction of problem resolution/
Comply with bank policies and procedures to ensure security of bank's and customer's assets


Requirements:

SPM/ Diploma or Degree, any field.
Good command in English and Mandarin.
Candidates must be able to work on shift hour - rotation basis from 7am - 12am (NO midnight shift).
*** Banking benefits: >20 days annual leave, medical coverage including immediate family, better loan interest rate and etc.
