Postion: Field Marketing Executives (IT Industry)
Location: Solaris Dutamas KL
Salary: RM4000 - RM5000 (depends on performance and qualification)
Working Hour: Monday-Fri 9.00am-6.00pm

Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Group Marketing, the Field Marketing Executive will be part of the ASEAN Marketing team. This role will be involved in all aspects of field marketing, including corporate campaign execution, product program execution, event management and all associated Marketing Communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Understand Malaysia market, sales and customer challenges faced within the geography; execute Marketing initiatives, programs and communications to address these factors in an effort to attain the desired business objectives for the area.
Develop communications timelines and checklists for various projects.
Work closely with Malaysian Sales team to understand overall objectives and strategy and identify country specific marketing initiatives.
Manage lead generation programs to generate new prospects.
Drive active awareness of the brand, messaging, positioning and marketing programs.
Organize, coordinate and execute local marketing events.
Manage VIP/promotional/agency activities with sales and clients.
Identify case studies and work on getting approval, interviewing, drafting and developing the full story
Work with the Group Marketing team on go-to-market planning and facilitation for corporate initiatives
Support corporate initiated/sponsored activities such as industry conferences, customer events and partner roadshows

Desired Skills & Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing within the technology or telecom industry
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar discipline
A positive, optimistic disposition with strong interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
Ability to coordinate teams and external vendors in different locations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, independent and resourceful, with initiative
Knowledge of the web hosting and data center industry is a strong plus
Knowledge of online marketing is a plus
A good level of copywriting skills will be an added advantage
