boss boss, can help suggest?

- Your rig (Nexus 7 2nd Gen)
- What type of usage (music)
- File format used in your source (mp3,wav)
- Genre of music you listen to (Indie, edm, rock) Most often at the left
- Earphone type (iem)

Budget 210 max. Was looking at a second hand SE215 and the XP3, any other suggestions?

Should I consider the Hippo Pro One? And how does the bass sound on Se215s? I've seen mixed reviews

according to reviews, hippo pro one have better clarity

bass on se215 is ok for starters but not tight enough if you had already heard better iems. the high in se215 is recessed, so background instrument is difficult to hear. it's hard for a noob like me to explain properly but now as i have ue900 and i went back to se215, i heard nothing but vocals and boom boom boom

however, for the price you really cannot criticise much. it is definitely one of the best iem in the price range.

Ok. I give up on the research and looking for earbud with mic. Do any of you have any recommendation of IEM that are:

Rig: iPhone 5 (and future iPhones), iMac
Usage: Music
Format: M4A
Genre: All sorts
Earphone: IEM
Budget: RM2k max
Others:
1. Comfortable without going too deep into my ear canal, and the tip is small.

2. Small or flat enough that I can lay on my sides with the IEM in my ear and not being pushed by the pillow.

3. Comes with in-line control & mic, or at least have the option for 3rd party cable that has such feature.

Thanks in advance! Happy Chinese New Year!

In terms of housing size to fit your ears, the Westone W40 has the smallest form factor and it comes with 2 cables. One with inline mic and control for iDevices, the other just a plain cable.

Whats wrong with ue recently? First I got the ue900 at rm900 and now amazon is offering ue6000 and ue4000 at 400 and 150 respectively.

Should I get the ue6000 for that price?
