IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Responsibilities (or part of below) :

• Helpdesk support, providing IT assistance to all levels of staff.
• Troubleshooting server and workstation problems remotely.
• Troubleshooting LAN and WAN network equipment and connectivity.
• Remote support of regional offices on IT issues.
• Rotation and shift work for schedules applicable
• Responsible for technical installation & support for all Retail & F&B shops online application system & CCTV system
• Install, support & maintain in-house fax, network, printers, pc & servers
• Provide technical service / support to end-user which involves troubleshooting, system installation, administration of the networks
• Always shows sense of urgency and responsibility in solving problems

Requirements:
• Certificate / Diploma in Computer Studies
• Experience in pc hardware & network troubleshooting
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customer to provide technical support
• Able to work under pressure, responsible, self-motivates, mature & independent
• Willing to travel & possess own transport (car)
• Fresh graduate from computer studies are encourage to apply
