i thought it would be easy too. maybe i didnt put enough water to cleanse it or maybe the unit is without rotating blade that make the cleaning not so easy.
The apple juice i made last two days is still good. i keep it in the fridge and drink it in batches - i dont like the smoothies-like texture, so i dilute some with water whenever i want to drink it. what i kept in fridge is the pure juice and i can see the top layer of the juice get oxidized - a bit brownish but not too bad. the taste no change
Is it really a good idea to keep the juice for 2 days after juicing ?The apple juice i made last two days is still good. i keep it in the fridge and drink it in batches - i dont like the smoothies-like texture, so i dilute some with water whenever i want to drink it. what i kept in fridge is the pure juice and i can see the top layer of the juice get oxidized - a bit brownish but not too bad. the taste no change
Oxidation is the reason why juice bars cropped up in the first place I believe - so consumption is almost immediate after juicing.
