Hi,
Between SJ-18 & SJ-20, which one is better and what is the differences? By looking at the photo, look the same.
TIA.

i think sj-18 no stopper, and sj-20 has one

As promised

quite quiet. fast juicing though work at 80rpm speed. need to cut the fruit to small pieces

user posted image
The pulp can consider dry. still moist but cant squeeze more juice out of it

user posted image
Not bad....

user posted image
Juice from 6 oranges, can get nearly half litre. the juice quite thick and smooth

user posted image
Juice from 4 apples + 1 pink guava. The texture a bit smoothies-ish. the juice not oxidize though left unrefrigerated after 30mins unlike if using normal juicer, the juice turn brown almost immediately

user posted image
messy part - cleaning. not that easy task, especially at not so easy to reach part such as pulp dispenser and inside of the auger.. still easier to clean compare to normal juicer though.

based on it performance and price, this unit is worth to have. no regret buying it.

Nice review. It only comes with 1 net/drum right?
*
smile.gif yup, only 1 drum. And, it does not have the rotating 'fin' like other well known juicers

thank for the sharing. btw, i thought it have easy clean, by pour water into it (flush it) after you finish juicy....
*
i thought it would be easy too. maybe i didnt put enough water to cleanse it or maybe the unit is without rotating blade that make the cleaning not so easy.

should be apple, but serious, if the apple juicy never get oxidization, then you will  sweat.gif

The apple juice i made last two days is still good. i keep it in the fridge and drink it in batches - i dont like the smoothies-like texture, so i dilute some with water whenever i want to drink it. what i kept in fridge is the pure juice and i can see the top layer of the juice get oxidized - a bit brownish but not too bad. the taste no change

Is it really a good idea to keep the juice for 2 days after juicing ?
Oxidation is the reason why juice bars cropped up in the first place I believe - so consumption is almost immediate after juicing.
*
I make big batch per time and keep it in tight glass bottles. No tummy prob yet smile.gif

Should not be a prob though coz many people do it that way based on what i read in the net when searching for info about juicer machine
