Do you guys have links to any studies conducted on oxidation, loss of nutrients, and optimized blending method for rate of nutrient absorption?
Certain questions still linger, for example, slower blending could mean longer exposure and thus higher oxidation levels.
In this case perhaps faster blending for short, quick bursts, with a sharp blade, would be the best method?
Slower Juicer - 80rpm or 47rpm which is better?, Which brand good & cheap?
